Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturer's Environmental Stewardship Program (ESP)

Why ESP is important to you?

In 2006, the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association (KCMA) created
the Environmental Stewardship Program to help cabinet manufacturers
demonstrate their commitment to environmental sustainability and help
consumers easily identify environmentally-friendly products. After meeting
certification requirements in areasof air quality, product and process
resource management, environmental stewardship,and community
relations, cabinet manufacturers can display the ESP seal on their products.
The ESP seal helps you identify cabinets and cabinet manufacturers who
are committed to protecting the environment.

Début Cabinetry, located in the beautiful natural settings on the
foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, is committed to regulate it’s
environmental impact in order to protect and preserve the environment
for future generation to come. Début Cabinetry, has met all the ESP
requirements for air quality, resource management of product and
process, environmental stewardship, and community relations and is an
approved participant in the KCMA Environmental Stewardship Program.
Our organization is committed to providing our customers with a
cabinet the meets or exceed KCMA standard. We are proud to show our
commitment to sustainability through the Environmental Stewardship
Program’s certification.

Make sure more than just your cabinets last. Improve your home. Help
protect the environment. The KCMA Environmental Stewardship
Program (ESP) lets you do both. Whenever you buy kitchen, bathroom
and other cabinets with the ESP seal, you can be assured that you’re
doing your part to protect the environment.
